Policy 01

How We Weigh Your Order

Weighed dry upon arrival — this is the basis of your invoice. Shuttle orders are confirmed at collection before processing begins.

Policy 02

Turnaround Times

Express: 4–5 hrs (before 5pm). One Day: 24 hrs. Regular: 2–3 days. Any delays communicated via WhatsApp.

Stains & Pre-existing Condition

All items photographed on arrival. We contact you before processing anything unusual — old or set-in stains cannot always be fully removed.

Stain Treatment

Quoted separately and confirmed before any treatment begins. No charges without your approval.

Damage & Claims

Claims must be raised at the time of return — not after items have been taken. Declare high-value pieces before processing.

Items We Cannot Accept

We may decline heavily contaminated items or those without a readable care label. We'll always contact you before returning anything unprocessed.

Care Labels & Customer Responsibility

Missing or illegible labels are handled with professional judgment — results cannot be fully guaranteed. Inform us of any special requirements beforehand.

Delicate & Special Items

Silk, cashmere, and embellished pieces must be declared at drop-off or collection. Undeclared delicate items fall outside our damage claim scope.

Lost or Missing Items

Report within 24 hours of receiving your order. We investigate using item records and keep you updated throughout.

Every order is photographed and recorded on arrival for quality control and dispute resolution only. Never shared with third parties.

Where do you deliver?

We cover Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Dalung, and surrounding areas via Gojek — wider coverage available on request. Shuttle service requires a minimum of 6kg; drop-off at our atelier starts from 3kg.

How do I place an order?

Everything goes through WhatsApp. For shuttle, send your order and any care instructions via chat. For drop-off, speak to our staff directly — they'll note everything on your order.

Are my clothes washed separately from other customers?

Always. Every order gets its own dedicated machine cycle — your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is logged, we send a QR link to your WhatsApp. Use it to track your order status in real time and view our photo documentation of any pre-existing stains or damage — full transparency from the moment we receive your items.

Can I give special care instructions?

Yes — for delicate fabrics, sensitive skin, or specific items, just let us know. We'll adjust the cycle, detergent, or handling accordingly.

What if something is damaged or lost?
